With over eleven million tickets sold annually (2017), an average of 75,000 managed events and more than 4,000 active sales outlets, oeticket.com is the leading sales brand for admission tickets in Austria.
Company structure
CTS Eventim Austria GmbH was founded in 1995 by Andreas Egger as Ticket Express GmbH in Vienna. In 2016, Christoph Klingler took over the company as CEO. In 1996 the Austrian subsidiaries were set up with the participation of key regional organizers. The Hungarian ticketing business was outsourced to Ticket Express Hungary Kft., Based in Budapest , in 1999 . In 1999 CTS Eventim AG acquired 75% of the shares. In 2003 subsidiaries were founded in Slovakia , Slovenia and Croatia . In 2005 the company was founded in Bulgaria and Serbia . In 2007, the sales network in Romania started operations and since 2014 CTS Eventim has been the market leader in all the markets in which it is represented.
