Tim Alexander Herberger

Tim Alexander Herberger (* 1979 ) is a German economist.

Life

He studied business administration at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg and at the University of St. Gallen . Since 2007 he has been a research assistant , doctoral candidate and post-doctoral candidate at the chair for business administration, in particular finance, at the Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg . Since 2018 he has headed the chair for business administration, in particular entrepreneurship, finance and digitization, and head of the Management and Leadership program at the Andrássy University in Budapest .

His research interests are the valuation of human capital & intangible assets (e.g. cryptocurrencies and tokens), corporate governance & performance (e.g. structure of stakeholder groups), empirical capital market research & behavioral finance (e.g. in the context of corporate finance and trade and portfolio strategies) and financial intermediation & financial market communication (especially against the background of digitization).
