Timagoras (potters)
Timagoras (Τιμαγόρα [ς]) was a around 540 BC Active Attic potter . Two signed hydrias have survived from him and are now in the Louvre in Paris ( F 38 and F 39 ). The black-figure painting of both vessels is attributed to the so-called Taleides painter , who otherwise worked for the potter Taleides , with whom Timagoras apparently worked in the same workshop .
