Timaukel is a municipality in the province of Tierra del Fuego , Región de Magallanes y de la Antártica Chilena in the extreme south of the South American state of Chile . It borders on Porvenir to the north, the Whiteside Canal to the west, the Cordillera Darwin to the south and Argentina to the east . The administrative seat has been Villa Cameron since 1988 . The main sources of income are livestock farming, forestry and tourism.
