Timo Kulczak

Timo Kulczak (* 27. April 1977 in Aschaffenburg ) is German dancer ( ballroom dancing ), dance coach and adjudicator for standard and Latin dances .

After primary school in Stockstadt am Main , he attended the Friedrich-Dessauer Gymnasium in Aschaffenburg . At the age of ten he started his dance career first in a jazz dance group and then in Latin dance. Up to the Abitur he successfully represented the dance club Schwarz-Gold Aschaffenburg eV in the school and youth sector and was fourth in the German school championship in Latin American dances.

After graduating from high school, he began studying musical and aesthetic education at the University of Education in Karlsruhe . He continued his sporting career in the dance center of the Black and White Club Pforzheim e. V. (State Performance Center of the Dance Sports Association Baden-Württemberg). In 1999 he met Motsi Mabuse while participating in the Blackpool Dance Festival . In 2003 the two married and started together for the dance sport club Schwarz-Weiß-Club Pforzheim eV in the main group S-Latin until 2011 . The couple split in 2014.
