Timo Zorn

Timo anger (* 1984 / 1985 in Hamburg ) is a German football coach and former players.

career

Zorn's club career in American football began in 1999 with the Hamburg Huskies . In 2002 he was in the United States . From 2004 he wore the colors of the Hamburg Blue Devils , for whom he played in the youth team and in the football Bundesliga. In 2005 he reached the final of the German championship with the Hamburg team, but had to admit defeat to Braunschweig there. Zorn stayed with the Blue Devils until 2006.

In the period between 2007 and 2009, the wide receiver played for the Hamburg Eagles in the second division. In 2010 he moved to the Kiel Baltic Hurricanes and became German champions with the team from the state capital of Schleswig-Holstein . In 2011 he went to the second division club Lübeck Cougars , with whom he then competed in the GFL in 2012 after the team had advanced to the top German division.

In 2013, Zorn, who completed an apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant and completed a teaching degree, rejoined the Kiel Baltic Hurricanes. After the 2015 game year, Zorn withdrew from the Kiel squad and from then on worked in the team's office in the field of marketing, and he also helped organize the game days. In addition to his work in Kiel, Zorn gained trainer experience in the youth division of the Hamburg Blue Devils and led the winter training units at the Baltic Hurricanes. In December 2018, Zorn was introduced as the new head coach of the Kiel Baltic Hurricanes.
