The Tingvalla Idrottsplats shortly Tingvalla IP is a stadium in Karlstad , Värmland County , Sweden . It is the home stadium of the IF Göta athletics club and is also used for general athletics events. In addition, the Carlstad United BK football team and the Carlstad Crusaders American football team play their home games here.
Technical specifications
The stadium was built in 1919 and opened that same year. The community-owned facility has a nominal capacity of 7,000 seats (including 1,000 seats). It is provided with a natural grass around which a running track leads. There is also a high-lane and long jump facility.
