Tinhosa Pequena is an uninhabited island of about five hectares in the Gulf of Guinea belonging to the island state of São Tomé and Príncipe . The island is located 126 kilometers northwest of the main island of São Tomé and 20 kilometers southwest of the second largest island, Príncipe . 4.2 km south of Tinhosa Pequena is the larger but not so high island of Tinhosa Grande .
The highest point is 64 meters. The island is clearly visible from Principé and sometimes from São Tomé.
