The tipree , also known as tiprih , was a Bombay weight measure for grain , including rice . The measure had regional exceptions.

- 15 tiprees = 1 adowlie (exception 48 tiprees = 1 adowlie)
- 300 tiprees = 1 parah (exception 128 tiprees = 1 parah)
- 1850 tiprees = 1 candy (exception 1024 tiprees = 1 candy = 44,400 Parisian cubic inches = 162.547 kilograms )
- 7400 Tiprees = 1 Morah / Murah
