At the time of its opening, Titan MAX was the fastest and second highest roller coaster in Japan after Bandit in Yomiuriland .

Trains
Originally, Titan MAX had trains made by Arrow Dynamics, each with six cars for six people each (three rows of two people). For the 25th anniversary of the park, the old trains were replaced by trains from the manufacturer S&S Worldwide , whose cars could hold four people (two rows of two people). The trains also had an onboard sound system.
