Company history
Titan Machinery was founded in 1980 from the merger of two family businesses whose roots in the agricultural machinery trade go back to 1926. The company's headquarters are in West Fargo , North Dakota. Titan Machinery owns and operates the largest agricultural and construction equipment dealer network for the Case IH , Case CE , New Holland Agriculture and New Holland Construction brands with 74 offices in North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Wyoming, Wisconsin , Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico as well as 23 other branches in Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine. In April 2018, the group employed around 2,100 people, 500 of them in Europe. In May 2018 Titan Machinery took over the German agricultural machinery dealer Agram Landtechnikvertrieb GmbH .
