Titinga Frédéric Pacéré
Titinga Frédéric Pacéré (born December 31, 1943 in Upper Volta , today Burkina Faso ) is an author and lawyer from the West African state of Burkina Faso.
Pacéré studied literature and law in Abidjan , Ouagadougou , Dakar and Rennes . He is the founder of the Musée de Manega and was appointed Independent Expert on Human Rights in the Democratic Republic of the Congo by UNHCHR in 2004 .
