Titular bishopric lead
Lead is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
On August 4, 1902, the Diocese of Lead was founded from areas of the Diocese of Sioux Falls (USA). It belonged to the ecclesiastical province of Saint Paul and Minneapolis and was replaced on August 1, 1930 by the Diocese of Rapid City . Lead was added to the list of titular bishops in 1995.
