Neapolis in Palestine ( Italian : Neapoli di Palestina ) is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church . It goes back to the former diocese of the ancient city of Flavia Neapolis in Samaria. It belonged to the ecclesiastical province of Caesarea in Palestine .
