Titular diocese of Peltae
Peltae ( Italian : Pelte ) is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to an earlier diocese of the ancient city of Peltai in the Phrygia region of Asia Minor (late ancient Roman province of Phrygia Pacatiana ) in what is now western Turkey . The diocese belonged to the ecclesiastical province of Laodikeia on Lykos .
