Titus Mestrius Severus (full name form Titus Mestrius Gai filius Aniensis Severus ) was a member of the Roman equestrian order ( Eques ).

An honorary inscription made for him, which was found in Ariminum , shows that Severus was the tribune of a cohort of Roman citizens. According to John Spaul , he was either tribune of the Cohors I Civium Romanorum or the Cohors II Civium Romanorum . Severus was inscribed in the Aniensis Tribus .
