Tobias Büscher

Tobias Büscher , (* 1964 ) is a German journalist and book author.

Life

Büscher studied history, journalism, politics and Spanish in Madrid and Giessen. He wrote for the taz , for the Stern and the FAZ , is editor-in-chief of the Cologne editorial team as well as the online magazines Spanien-Reisemagazin and www.koelnreporter.de. He is known through appearances on the radio (Sunday walk, Deutschlandfunk ) and TV ( Planet Wissen , WDR ) and as an expert on Spain. In addition, Büscher is a lecturer for journalism and science editing at the mibeg Institute for Media and at the Cologne Institute for Cultural Work and Further Education (KIK). He has also been a columnist for the Spanish magazine Grada since 2017 and a speaker at the Alanus Werkhaus in Bonn since 2018 . The comedian Carolin Kebekus took legal action against Büscher in 2015 because a Kebekus portrait on the Cologne reporter speculated about a relationship between her and Serdar Somuncu . He eventually won the process. According to the judgment of the Cologne Higher Regional Court on April 6, 2017, a marriage between the two can be assumed.
