13.03

Tolansky is an impact crater on the front of the moon in the Mare Cognitum plain , south of Parry crater and northwest of Guericke . The crater is little eroded and the crater floor is flat.

The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1976 after the British physicist Samuel Tolansky .
