Tomáš Plný is a former Czech ski jumper .

Plný jumped his only jump in the ski jumping world cup on February 7, 1999 and won a total of 14 world cup points from the large hill in Harrachov with 17th place. He ended the 1998/99 World Cup season tied with Japanese Hitoshi Sakurai in 71st place overall. In the jump classification he finished 68th. Subsequently, however, Plný did not contest other international competitions.
