Tom Lautenschlager (born October 30, 1998 in Leonberg ) is a German automobile racing driver .

Tom Lautenschlager's motorsport career began in 2012 with kart racing on a regional level. In 2013 he became champion of the South German ADAC Kart Cup. After various race wins in 2014 and 2015, he became the best German kart driver in the DKM (German Kart Championship) in 2015. These successes led him to join the ADAC Sports Foundation's youth development team and the ADAC TCR Germany touring car racing series in 2016 . The change from approx. 40 HP rear-wheel drive in a kart to approx. 330 HP front-wheel drive in a touring car ( VW Golf VII TCR) was successfully implemented by him, so that he was able to secure the junior championship title in Zandvoort ahead of schedule on August 21, 2016 . He is the descendant of the first Grand Prix winner (1908) for Daimler Motoren Werke , Christian Lautenschlager .

  • 2014 - 13th place Trofeo Margutti Lonato (ITA) (international elite) / 6th place in the overall classification of the DMV Rhein-Main Kart Cup / 8th place in the overall classification of the ADAC Kart Masters / five victories in national races
  • 2015 - Best German of the DKM (German Kart Championship) / 5th place in the overall classification of the DKM
  • 2016 - Junior Champion ADAC TCR Germany with Motorsport Team Engstler
  • 2017 - ADAC TCR Germany in the "Target Competition" team in an AUDI RS3 LMS
  • 2018 - Porsche Carrera Cup in the MSG / HRT Motorsport team
