Tommi Sillanpää (born April 7, 1978 ) is a former Finnish handball player who was part of the squad of the Finnish national team.

Sillanpää initially played in his home country for Åbo IFK and HC Dennis Turku . With HC Dennis Turku he qualified several times for the European Cup. He also won the Finnish championship. In 2005 changed circular runners to the German third division LHC Cottbus . With Cottbus he rose in 2007 to the 2nd Bundesliga . After the 2007/08 season he joined the regional league team HSC Bad Neustadt . A season later, Sillanpää moved to the second division EHV Aue . After Aue was relegated from the 2nd Bundesliga, he signed a contract with third division club SG LVB in the summer of 2011 . In the summer of 2014 he also took over the office of managing director of SG LVB. In May 2015 Sillanpää ended his playing career, but he stayed with SG LVB as managing director.

Sillanpää played 119 caps for Finland in which he scored 184 goals. Behind Björn Monnberg , he has completed the second most international matches for Finland. He did not take part in any major tournament with Finland.
