Tommy Bankhead
Tommy Bankhead (born October 24, 1931 in Lake Cormorant , Mississippi , USA, † December 16, 2000 in St. Louis ) was an American Delta Blues guitarist and singer. Occasionally he also played bass, drums and harmonica. He has appeared with Howlin 'Wolf , Sonny Boy Williamson and Albert King , among others . He released albums under his own name as well as with his band Blues Eldoradoes . He spent most of his life in St. Louis , Missouri, where he was a fixture in the St. Louis Blues.
