history
Today's Tom Pentre AFC was founded in 1935. In 1993 the team was promoted to the 1st league , and made 3rd place twice in a row. With that she managed to qualify for the Intertoto Cup . The four group
games were all lost (0: 7, 0: 4, 0: 3, 0: 2). In the next season, the relegation could still be avoided with 19th place, in the following year the club was on the verge of insolvency and withdrew from the league. In 1999 the club became champions of the Welsh Football League Division One , but refrained from moving up to the first division .
