Tongcheng (Anqing)
The city of Tongcheng ( Chinese 桐城市 , Pinyin Tóngchéng Shì ) is an independent city in the Chinese province of Anhui . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Anqing . In 1999 it had 772,866 inhabitants.
