Toni Kirsch (born April 30, 1957 ) is a German cycling official.

Toni Kirsch was active as a youth coach in cycling from 1984 to 1995. For ten years he was chairman of the RC Staubwolke Quadrath cycling club . From 2005 to 2017 he was President of the NRW cycling district . He organized numerous races, including three events of the German time trial championship . Since 2007 he has been Vice President Youth of the Association of German Cyclists and Federal Youth Leader.

In 2017 Kirsch was appointed to the Management Board of the World Cycling Association UCI . This makes him the first German representative on this body after ten years and currently the only one (as of 2018). He also took over the office of President of the UCI Indoor Cycling Commission and is a member of the Track Commission .

Toni Kirsch is a former professional soldier. In 2015 he was awarded the sports badge of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia for his long-term commitment to cycling.
