Tony Manning
Tony Manning (actually Anthony Manning; born January 9, 1943 ) is a former Australian obstacle runner .
Manning won silver in the 3000 m obstacle course at the Pacific Conference Games in 1969 . The following year he won the British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh with his personal best of 8: 26.2 minutes.
1970 Manning was Australian champion over 5000 m .
