Tony Schwartz
Tony Schwartz (born August 19, 1923 in New York City , † June 15, 2008 ibid) was an American media theorist, advertising specialist and spin doctor .
Life
Schwartz worked intensively on the effects of the mass media and produced more than 20,000 radio and television programs. His television commercial “ daisy ad ” for the US presidential election in 1964 became famous . Although the one-minute spot aired only once, it helped Lyndon B. Johnson to victory, according to many observers .
