Top Gear America is a car magazine and the second US spin-off of the BBC Top Gear series after Top Gear USA . The program was first broadcast on July 30, 2017 on BBC America . The first season was moderated by actor William Fichtner, among others . It was first broadcast in German on August 18, 2019 on the Nitro broadcaster .
After the future of the series was in the stars after the first broadcast of Season 1, it was announced on April 10, 2019 that the show would return, but with new presenters and instead of on BBC America, on television / streaming provider Motor Trend . The new presenters include actors Dax Shepard and Rob Corddry .
