Career

Tor Hogne Aarøy began his professional career in 1995 with Spjelkavik IL until he moved to Frigg Oslo FK in 1997 , where he spent his time until 1999. From 1999 to 2000 he played at Rosenborg Trondheim , where he played his first game in the Tippeligaen in the 3: 5 defeat against Odd Grenland . From 2001 he played for Aalesunds FK before moving to JEF United Chiba in 2011. There he was used more often at the beginning, but after the ex-professional player Takashi Kiyama took office he barely made it to appearances, mostly sat on the substitute bench without being used or was sometimes not in the squad at all. He finally took this as an opportunity to end his collaboration with JEF United Chiba at the end of the current season at the beginning of October 2012. In 2013 he returned to Aalesunds FK. He ended his active career there in January 2015.
