The Odds BK short odds BK is a football club from the district of Grenland in Norway . The club was founded on March 31, 1894. Home is the Skagerrak Arena in Skien with 11,767 seats.

With twelve cup wins, Odds BK is the most successful club in the Norwegian cup competition, with all cup wins going back to 1931 at the latest, with the exception of the 2000 title. In 1994 Grenland Football Aktiengesellschaft was founded and the club was renamed Odd Grenland BK. After many years in the lower divisions, the club made it back to the top Norwegian league, the Eliteserien (until 2016 Tippeligaen). In the 2001/02 season, the club took part in the UEFA Cup , but failed in the first round against Helsingborgs IF .

After the 2012 season, the club was renamed from "Odd Grenland Ballklubb" to "Odds BK".
