Tornado Outbreak (formerly known as Zephyr: Rise of the Elementals ) is an action - video game published by Konami and developed by Loose Cannon Studios for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii. The game was announced at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in June 2009. In 2011, Tornado Outbreak became available for download on the Xbox Live Marketplace

Captain Nimbus thinks it is time to step back and take Zephyr in hand. Zephyr and his friends are wind warriors and it is their job to create atmosphere on lifeless planets. It was Zephyr's most exciting time of his life and he couldn't imagine that it would get any better. Then he met Omegaton, the antimatter hero of a backward dimension as the antimatter universe. He would have perished if the wind warriors couldn't find him. Omegaton was stripped of his 6 powers and banished into space. The first mission of the wind warriors was the earth and their first problem was the sun. The radiation is deadly to the wind warrior. However, a Lightweight Object Alamang Device or Last Starr from Omegaton give shade. The fire flies from Omegaton and now the wind warriors ......
