The FK Torpedo Vladimir ( Russian Футбольный клуб "Торпедо" Владимир ) is a football club from the Russian city ​​of Vladimir . The club colors are black and white.

The association was founded in 1959 as Trud Wladimir . Until the collapse of the Soviet Union , the team always played in the third highest division of the USSR. In 1992 the team was accepted into the second highest Russian league , where they spent three seasons. In 1994 Torpedo occupied 19th place in the table and had to relegate to the 2nd division . The 1995 season was also unsuccessful for the team, so that Torpedo had to relegate to the third football league after a penultimate place , where the team spent the next two seasons. From 1998 to 1999 Torpedo again took part in the hosting of the 2nd division. Only in 2010 with the win of the zone championship in the 2nd division could the promotion be celebrated. Before the 2012/13 season, Torpedo Wladimir retired from the 1st Division due to financial difficulties.
