Toshinobu Katsuya ( Japanese 勝 矢 寿 延 , Katsuya Toshinobu ; born September 2, 1961 in Nagasaki Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

National team

In 1985 Katsuya made his debut for the Japanese national soccer team . Katsuya has made 27 international appearances. With the Japanese national team he qualified for the Asian Cup in 1992 .
