Tour Total Coupole (named Tour Elf from 1985 to 1999 and Tour Total-Fina-Elf from 1999 to 2003 , also called Tour Total for simplicity ) is the name of a skyscraper in the Parisian suburb of Courbevoie in the office town of La Défense . The 187 meter high office tower, completed in 1985, is one of the tallest in France and is used by the French oil company Total .

The office tower is the Metro station La Defense and the La Defense station to the public transport in the Paris bound.
