The office building is 95 meters high and is spread over 23 floors. The building offers a total of 30,000 square meters of usable space. The tower was designed by the French and Belgian architects SCAU and José Vandevoorde. Construction began in 2007 and was completed in 2009. It was only after two years, in 2011, that the first floors of the building, which had been vacant until then, were rented.
