Toyofumi Sakano ( Japanese 阪 野 豊 史 Sakano Toyofumi ; born June 4, 1990 in Misato ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Sakano learned to play football in the youth team of Urawa Reds and the university team of Meiji University . He signed his first contract with Urawa Reds in 2013. The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . For the club he completed nine first division games. In 2015 he was loaned to the second division team Tochigi SC . For the club he completed 41 league games. In 2016 he was loaned to the second division Ehime FC . For the club he completed 42 league games. In 2017 he moved to league competitor Montedio Yamagata . For the club he completed 102 league games. In July 2019 he moved to the first division club Matsumoto Yamaga FC . At the end of the 2019 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League .
