Trần Đình Hoan

Trần Đình Hoan (born October 20, 1939 in Kim Động , Hưng Yên , † March 25, 2010 in Hanoi ) was a Vietnamese politician .

biography

After attending school in his hometown of Hưng Yên, he worked between 1965 and 1975 in the Ministry of Labor in the Department of Human Resource Management and later in the Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (KPV) . He then completed a degree in Hungary , which he completed with a doctorate .

After his return he returned to the Ministry of Labor in 1981 and was appointed Deputy Minister of Labor in November 1983. In January 1988 he was appointed Vice Minister for Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and as such was also responsible for the Institute for Labor Market Research.

Between April 1989 and December 1997 he was the successor of Nguyễn Kỳ Cẩm himself Minister for Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. At the same time he was appointed associate professor in 1996.

In addition, he became a member of the Central Committee (ZK) of the KPV in 1991 and was a member of it until 2006. After resigning as minister, he became a member of the Central Committee Secretariat in 1998. In addition, he was from 2001 to 2006 after the IX. Party congress of the CPV Member of the Politburo of the Central Committee . At the same time he was first secretary of the CPV Central Committee from April to July 2001 and then in July 2001 secretary for the central organization and director of the National Political Academy in Ho Chi Minh City , today's Institute for Political Administration.

He was also temporarily chairman of the Parliamentary Friendship Societies Vietnam- Japan and Vietnam-Hungary.

He has received several awards for his political achievements, including the Independence Medal ( Huân chương Độc lập ), the Labor Medal ( Huân chương Kháng chiến ) and the Resistance Medal ( Huân chương Kháng chiến ).
