Tracy Harris Patterson
Tracy Harris Patterson (* 26. December 1964 in Grady , Alabama , USA ) is a retired American boxer in Superfeder- and super bantamweight . He is the adopted son of former heavyweight legend Floyd Patterson .

He was able to make all of his first 20 fights victorious. On June 23, 1992 he won the WBC World Championship when he defeated the French Thierry Jacob in round 2 through T.-K.-o. conquered. He defended the belt against Daniel Zaragoza , Jesse Benavides , Daniel Zaragoza and Richard Duran . In August he lost the title to Hector Acero-Sanchez .
However, he captured the IBF super featherweight world championship belt the following year with a technical knockout victory in round 2 over the until then undefeated Eddie Hopson . He lost this title to Arturo Gatti in his first title defense.
