Traugott Tamm
Traugott Tamm (born October 22, 1860 in Eddelak / Süderdithmarschen , † July 27, 1938 in Ratzeburg ) was a German novelist who also dealt with popular life in Transylvania , as his wife came from there as the pastor's daughter.
He was the son of Pastor Heinrich Tamm. Like his father, he became active as a writer after attending grammar school in Flensburg and the universities in Munich and Kiel. Tamm was not only active as a writer but also as a translator. He translated several English books into German.
