Treasury Bill (hangover)
Treasury Bill was the first Chief Mouser to the Cabinet Office .
He served under Prime Minister Ramsay MacDonald and under the Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Snowden, 1st Viscount Snowden . He brought the latter a raise, although he was never officially named a Cabinet mouse hunter.
