The Trenton – Morrisville Toll Bridge is a girder bridge over the Delaware River between Morrisville , Pennsylvania and Trenton , New Jersey .

The toll road bridge now runs six lanes of US Highway 1 and is operated by the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission . The 404-meter-long bridge was built in 1952 with four lanes, which was expanded to six lanes in 1965 and a total width of 25 meters in 2009. Tolls are only collected going west on the Pennsylvania side. The bridge was used daily by an average of 58,600 vehicles in 2016. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the upstream Lower Trenton Bridge , over which US Highway 1 was passed until 1952 , and downstream to the Morrisville – Trenton Railroad Bridge .
