Trasona ( Asturian Tresona ) is one of seven parroquias in the municipality of Corvera in the autonomous region of Asturias in Spain . The 2103 inhabitants (2011) live in 16 villages, on an area of 8.32 km².
Trasona is known for a center of excellence for canoeing and rowing at the nearby reservoir " Embalse de Trasona ". The industrial plants of Aceralia and Fertiberia are the largest employers in the region. In addition, classic livestock farming with cheese processing is a large branch of business.
