Golden Triangle of Art (Spanish: Triángulo del Arte also Triángulo de Oro ) refers to a group of museums that are located in downtown Madrid in the area of ​​the Paseo del Prado . The three art museums that designate this triangle are the Museo del Prado , the Museo Reina Sofía and the Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza and border the old town and the Parque del Retiro .
