The Triad Islands (from English triad 'Dreiklang, Dreiergruppe, Triad' ) are a group of three small islands off the Graham coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . They are located 2.5 km east of Chavez Island .
Participants in the British Graham Land Expedition (1934–1937) led by British polar explorer John Rymill mapped it for the first time. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee descriptively named them in 1959.
