The Kinseylan Gutter is a tributary of the Melville Hall River in central Dominica in Parish Saint Andrew .
geography
The Kinseylan Gutter has its source on a northern branch of Mang Peak at about 430 m above sea level and flows due north. At Twelve Posts it joins the Melville Hall River from the right and south.
