List of rose varieties

The climbing rose Trier , a musk rose , was introduced by Peter Lambert in 1904 . It was raised from a seedling of the multiflora hybrid Aglaia and is one of Lambert's most important rose varieties, on which many well-known roses are based.

Initially yellow, it develops small, fragrant flowers with a creamy white color and striking golden stamens. The little prickly climbing rose can also be kept as a shrub and is hardy to −29 ° C ( USDA zone 5 ); it is one of the frost-hardiest moschata hybrids and one of the first permanently blooming climbing roses. In autumn it develops small oval rose hips.
