The property is located on the axis dating back to the 18th century, which starts at Wickrath Castle and leads northwest as a trumpet avenue to the Wickrath bush.
architecture
An eaves , two-storey, three-axle row house under a mansard roof with a rear extension under a flat roof . The left axis is positioned like a risk and takes up the house entrance. It is emphasized by a portico closed with a round arched gable . The facade shows profiled plaster strips on the ground floor and smooth ashlar plaster on the upper floor above a detached base with cellar lighting.
Round-arched fields with geometric stucco decoration are located above the tall rectangular windows on the ground floor , while on the upper floor there are staggered arched fields that are topped by plastered wedge stones with shell attachments. In the mansard roof area there is a dormer under a gable roof in each of the two right axes .
The property is worth protecting as a monument for urban planning reasons.
