Trudel Meyer
Gertrud "Trudel" Meyer (born June 18, 1922 in Dortmund ; † November 12, 1989 ) was a German politician ( SPD ).
After attending school, Meyer completed a commercial apprenticeship in retail from 1939 to 1941 and then worked as an office clerk and accountant until 1945. From August 1945 she worked as a secretary at the German Trade Union Federation (DGB). She joined the SPD in 1945 and was a member of the German Bundestag from 1953 to 1957. It entered parliament via the state list of North Rhine-Westphalia .
