The Tryggve Point is a headland on the west coast of the Antarctic Ross Island . It is located 1.5 km northwest of Turks Head .
Participants in the Terra Nova Expedition (1910–1913) led by British polar explorer Robert Falcon Scott mapped them. Scott named her after Tryggve Gran (1888–1980), the only Norwegian expedition member.
