Tschaska

Tschaska , also Czaska , was a measure of volume and sometimes corresponded to the measure of the barrel and sometimes the anchor . The measure for liquids was widespread in Lithuania .

The 1766 leg measure was a cylinder 4 7/8 Paris inches in diameter and 7 5/8 Paris inches high. It had a volume of 142.3243 Paris cubic inches , or 2.82 liters .
